I have another question please explain?

Why is it the stories in the Bible look like the common vampire myths?

Lilith, Adams first wife was a vampire known as the "night hag".

Christ says this is my blood 'Drink' ( I know this is wine but just the same it's still said.)

The cross on which he was nailed to was the same wood used on suspected vampires as was the crown of thorns.

The wood used was aspen for the cross and Hawthorn for the crown.

The spear he recieved into his side puncturing his lung ( This fluid was present on the Shroud of Turin).

They could have been trying to spear his heart. (Not probable but it could be possible, you can't say for sure). Then you get him offering people with eternal life if you give yourself over to him. Then you have blood rituals and even virgins (you must remain a virgin before you get married).

This is just a hypotetical question. I do not believe in vampires.

Maybe he could have been one know one knows for sure as the Bible was re-written and edited. Could it be possible?
I have another question please explain?
mmmmmmmmmmmMMM! you make a good point! the fact that the bible is the work of the Anti-Christ might have something to do with it. The bible was written by men of whom power consummed, thus the saying power corrupts adept. when Christians realise they are followers of evil, the world will be a better place
Reply:One of the most out there theories I have ever heard. That's what it was, Christ was a vampire. How could I overlook those simple but obvious facts.

Trust me. There's no such thing as God or Vampires.
Reply:Funny, but an interesting question. First, Lilith is not in the Bible and is not a reputable story. Second, remember as many of our Atheist and Pagan friends like to point out the Bible comes about around the Bronze Age. As such it predates any and all vampire stories I am aware of so perhaps those reading the stories were inspired (for lack of a better word). Look at your own examples and see them for what they are. The methods of killing Christ are seen as holy by Christians and are the perfect method for killing un-holy creatures.
Reply:Blood was essential from the very start of the Bible!

Although it isn't directly mentioned, where do we think that God got the animal skins for Adam %26amp; Eve? Did He just whip them up out of thin air? No-in all likelihood, He killed some of the animals in order to provide clothes for them.

Then we have this:

Leviticus 17:13-14 (New International Version)

New International Version (NIV)

Copyright ? 1973, 1978, 1984 by International Bible Society

13 " 'Any Israelite or any alien living among you who hunts any animal or bird that may be eaten must drain out the blood and cover it with earth, 14 because the life of every creature is its blood. That is why I have said to the Israelites, "You must not eat the blood of any creature, because the life of every creature is its blood; anyone who eats it must be cut off."

Throughout the Bible, we see that the shedding of blood was necessary for the forgivness of sins. It was sthe same with Jesus. Jesus was ultimate sacrifice, shedding HIS blood, that we would be forgiven of sin.

That is why blood is so important in Scripture.

There can be NO forgivness of sin WITHOUT it.
Reply:You indicate the bible may have taken ideas from other writers.

Just the opposite is true.

Over centuries, many many writers have taken their ideas from the Bible.

Star Wars is an example.
Reply:Adam's first wife is a Bible story?
Reply:Your interpretation is as good as any other I've heard.
Reply:Because vampire mythology was derived from biblical mythology, and biblical symbology is woven throughout vampire legendry. Why do you think a cross gets vampires excited?
Reply:When you get your story right, your question might be worth answering. It was Adam and Eve, not Lilth. You start off on a lie, all you will get are lies.
Reply:Interesting theory but I can't explain. I can say I am a Christian and never had a desire to drink actual blood. I can also say that Jesus could walk in the sunshine without burning up. There is also no mention of Him ever trying to bite someone's neck. One more thing, eternal life with God would be in Heaven. Eternal life as a vampire would be on this Hell we call Earth.
Reply:Yeah, I think that the person who wrote Dracula was probably influenced by this. I have thought about it before but then there's always a perversion of something put out by the devil to make the real thing look bad.
Reply:Hmmm.....
Reply:I thought you unbelievers used logic, reason, proof and evidence to formulate your beliefs.

You are not a very good spokesman for your cause.
Reply:And how much cooler are vampires?
