Dees Surprising?

Melbourne have surprised just about everyone today, after losing to Bulldogs and Hawthorn by an average of 99.5 points in the first 2 rounds and now only losing by 30 points to last years premiers.

I have to throw a question in here so, how many games do you expect Geelong and Melbourne to win.
Dees Surprising?
the geelong wont lose more than 2

melbourne wont win more than 3.

seen a bit of it at the pub b4 the rich game , they played well in that first quarter.
Reply:The games against Richmond and Carlton Melbourne will win, Geelong will win 19 games and the flag.
Reply:No. No surprises out there today.

Geelong were always in command %26amp; did what they had to do without much effort.

The big question is; Who is the worst team........Melbourne or Carlton?
Reply:In the 20 years I have been supporting the dees ... I know now that you can never expect what you expect to be expected ( IF THAT MAKES SENSE.. if you're a fellow dee's supporter YOU WILL understand)..... from the Dees....

You expect them to be able to win by a big margin ... they get their ar$es kicked BIGTIME.. and vice versa... still .. There's ALWAYS HOPE....
Reply:Melbourne's team on paper isn't too bad.

Just a lack of confidence over the first two rounds; today against the cats they looked a lot more confident.

Two things will happen this year;

1). Geelong will go back-to-back

2). Melbourne will finish higher than Carlton
Reply:i think the Demons played well today it was great to see

i think Geelong will win 16-17 games

and The Demons will win 6-7
Reply:Yes, I suppose they were a bit surprising today.

However they still made some terrible mistakes during the course of the game %26amp; will be battling to beat anyone this year - in my view.

Geelong also had some forgettable periods %26amp; individual performances during the game. They never really looked like losing.
Reply:I said today that the Cats were likely to do a Charity Day. We used to do them for Fitzroy when they couldn't buy a game.

From what I saw (not having freakin Foxtel), the Dees looked fairly reasonable but I suspect the Cats were off the boil too. "Oh, this is an easy home game!"

Anyway well done Dees - they were also one of my tips for big improvers this year ... so far it looks like I couldn't tip a barrow sideways on a muddy hill.
