ok one of my biggest petpeves is when people call these kinds of bands (like fall out boy, hawthorn heights ect.) gay or crap im so sick of people making fun of this music. so ill make fun of what other people listen to. country: whould they shut up with their wineing oh my poor sick dog my wife left me and then you have people who say hawthorn heights and stuff is influencial whell all country people talk about is bear bear bear. and rap: the rappers think their all getto and stuff as they sit in their mansions on a lake and they call fall out boy posers so think twice before you critasize them. thanks.

I play guitar in a band myself and I just like music that acutally is music. Not three cord wonders you know. Bands that are more musically inclined (regaurdless of the style) are far better to listen too. Musicians like Metallica, Dio, Beatles, Boston, Chet Atkins, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Stevie Ray Vaughn, are better than groups like the Ramones, Slip Knot, etc. It's just more or less boils down to different strokes for different folks you know. And yeah I personally don't even consider rap to be music at all. There isn't a damned rap musician out there (if any at all ) that can acutally play an insturment. The only thing they know how to do is talk negative and whine about how hard life is in the hood. I'm sick of their ghetto, drug taking, cop killing a**es 2.

Rappers don't just sit around, most of them actually go out there and do something with they're lives, country singers, now THEY sit around [hint: Sitting around on the Edge of Mexico%26lt;--thats a country song]

3rd of all,

most people criticize the "rockers" because they don't understand them, or they're mimicking them

4th of all,

rock and rap are puh-retty much the same thing, jst a different beat tone. cuz they both are pretty fast.

and there is NO SUCH THING AS A "POSER" unless they are a cover band. all real bands do their own thing. none can be concidered a "poser" band.
