Are you suprised on how good/bad your team went this year.?

My teams Hawthorn and i think they aredoing great this year i cant wait because in the nest 2-5 years they will be a premiership side .
Are you suprised on how good/bad your team went this year.?
Yes I am very surprised that Adelaide did not make the top 4. At least they made the top 8 and into the finals. But the Crows are a better team than what they have achieved so far.Too many injuries to too many key players, unfair umpiring decisions and wayward kicking for goal, cost the Crows a top 4 placing.
Reply:i expected my team Carlton to be pathetic

they didn't disapoint
Reply:I expected the Eagles to do well but I am a bit disappointed for the Dockers fans I thought they would definitely be in the finals this year but there is always next year.
Reply:Finished third, and can't complain about that as we were without Cousins (rightfully so), Judd, Embley (underrated) and don't really have a great Forward line. Doubt that we'll win the flag, but so long as the Cats don't win it, it's all good.
Reply:yeah, i go for collingwood and at the start of the year i was thinking bottom 3 but theyre doing really good, wont go good in the finals but im still glad they made it, good luck to hawthron unless colingwood plays them lol
Reply:yes. : (
Reply:Teams to over achieve are geelong, collingwood, kangaroos and port - teams that underachieved are Fremantle, sydney, melbourne and st kilda - injuries wrecked Western bulldogs and adelaides season. West coast are sliding, essendon are steady - brisbane are developing nicely as are Hawthorn. Richmond and carlton should merge and let their supporters kill each other in the process. Its been a bizarre year, A victorian team has its best chance of finally winning a premiership this millenium, but you just never know!
Reply:I would have liked to see Sydney in the top four. They haven't had a great year with injuries and have dished up a couple of disappointing performances but as usual they're nailing it when it counts. I'm hoping they'll be the first team to go to a G.F from outside the four. Go the Bloods!
Reply:Yeah, I'm a Hawks supporter, and i did'nt expect we'd have a chance to make the top 4.

The boys have done great job this year and they now have a chance at September action. It looks like a bright future for the young Hawks.

Good luck in the finals boys. Go Hawks
Reply:I am happy that Collingwood are in the finals but dissapointed the way the season went, they lost games against sides that they should have won, the low teams played above themselves all teams like to beat Collingwood
Reply:Yes! I go for the hawks too and i think we are set for at least the next 5 years if not longer! Very happy with the performence this year I just hope we can hang on to all of our players in the coming years!
Reply:i think my team (st kilda) could have done better. Yer i agree Hawthorn have improved ALOT!!! but i think saints did bad this year because we had so many injuries at the start of the season, im sure veryone noticed that saints were at the top of their game after mid season break, we got our players back and we did a fantastic job, just not enought to gte us that number 8 spot, i think saints can only improve but go hawks in the finals!!
