Can you take hawthorn berry extrct %26amp; garlic at the same time for high blood pressure?????????
Actually you will want to take Hawthorn Berry with Buthersbroom 30 -60 drops total a day spaced thru out day, then the garlic. Also add 1/4 tsp of unrefined sea salt (brown or red) to water in the morning and drink. Do this for one month without missing a day and your blood pressure will go down.

Reply:Yes, You can take both safely at the same time. Hawthorn berry extract is very strong and effective for the heart. On the bottle it should tell you exactly what amount you should be taking for it to work effectively. Most of the time the recommended dosage is 4 to 8 milliters which is almost 2 tsp. For example 5 ml is 1 tsp.

The garlic tablets is usually 2 tablets 2 times per day.

Let me also recommend this tea: 2 parts hawthorn leaf, berry and flower, 2 parts Chamomile flower, 1 part Ginger root, 1 part Green Tea leaf, 1 part Linden flower.

If you are unable to find a tea bagged with only the above stated, email me for a site that I purchase from, it's bagged and ready to be brewed and drink.

By the way, herbs are just as effective as medications without the side effects contrary to what others say. Dandly Yours, Dandelion
Reply:you can try the following medicines.viscum album or thallium met.
Reply:Don't be surprised if your bloodpressure doesn't rise with your frustration at using quack medicines of this nature.

Look into getting fit and healthy, eating better, quit your high stress job and move to a cabin in the woods, smile every now and then and give your neighbor a lift to town when his jalopy breaks down... I bet when you quit worring about your high bp it will drop on its own.
Reply:Each of them helps a bit, so both at the same time is better than one alone. For high blood pressure it is quite normal to take more than one medication, especially as the natural remedies are generally less effective than doctor's prescription medicines but in general you avoid those often dreadful side effects that you get from doctor prescribed medication.
